  Ive not experienced such bad customer service for a while. My husband and me walked in the Manchester showroom today to look for kitchen tiles.
  We were not greeted by one person, we were in there for at least 20 minutes and not one person asked us one question or said one word to us. There were at least 3 members of staff working.
  We were the only customers in the shop. We walked out and would not go back to buy anything on principle.
