  Edward Leake
  Been a tenant for 12 months in 42 Cotton Hill, Withington. Very expensive admin fees. Do not vet the private land lords or the properties that they represent. This has lead me to be stuck with a very difficult private landlady in a house ridden with damp. I would strongly suggest you avoid.
