  Good choice of flats and houses to rent at ok prices but the staff and service is absolutely shocking. They don't want to help on the phone, don't want to help in the shop, many of staff do not no procedures when it comes to simple things like handing keys in. I had to book a hotel the day I was supposed to move in because I was told I could move in on a specific date and then when it came to that date I couldn't because the previous tenants hadn't handed the keys in which they should have done 3 days before. Martin & co failed to chase them for the keys or alert me my move in date may be later. They failed to tell me this and failed to understand or empathise with my situation. Shocking customer service.
